I’m Carolyn, a Product Designer based out of Chicago.

I love simplifying complex ideas and bringing them to life through thoughtful, collaborative design.

I have 8+ years of experience designing for B2B and B2C industries. I specialize in Generative AI-powered experiences, chatbot UX, and authentication experiences that increase engagement, improve security, and drive business value. 

My favorite part of design is being able to collaborate with my partners like engineering, product, fellow designers, client stakeholders, marketing, and other subject matter experts. I enjoy being able to solve customer issues through simple, intuitive design solutions.

Outside of design, I am obsessed with my dog (a mini Bernedoodle named Murphy), love exploring new cafes in and around Chicago, baking, finding and cooking delicious Asian food, keeping my plants alive, and am an active reader.
